WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please reach out. Please note that there is a 20% fee for rush orders.

 

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges from non-custom listings in my shop. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged*:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Custom event orders (including but not limited to envelope addressing, place/escort cards, signage).

  • Items on sale

*These can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

DO YOU PROVIDE MATERIALS FOR SPECIAL EVENT ORDERS?

Typically the client provides materials for these types of orders. This includes envelopes, place cards and signage. I'm happy to help select materials or purchase for you. The cost will be added to your order total.

I usually provide the materials for home decor/home prints, but the client is always welcome to ship me their materials for a custom piece.
